Summer Junior Tennis League
This is a competitive league for boys and girls ages 11 – 15 as of June 1st. Players should already know how to play tennis, keep score and apply rules of the game. This league is not for beginners.
This league will run from Tuesday, June 8, through Tuesday, July 27.
Matches will be played every Tuesday and Thursday.
First matches of the day will begin at 9:00 am.
Exact number of matches played will be determined by number of participants,
as well as number and range of age divisions.
A championship match for each group will be held on the final day.
Cost for this league is as follows;
Hidden Falls Member $5.00
Non-Member $20.00
Cost covers court fees and trophy expenses.
Players must bring two (2) new tennis balls to each match.
On first day of league, an orientation will be held prior to play and a league schedule distributed to all players. In addition, players will receive an e-mail and phone roster of all participants. On subsequent match days, players will be expected to arrive on time and play matches on their own, as scheduled. Except for the first day and championship day, there will be minimal adult supervision of matches. Parents wishing to volunteer their time to help supervise are greatly appreciated. Keep in mind, however, these parents would supervise matches involving children other than their own.
